The first time you quit, will power says “I will never smoke again!” With constant work you may quit smoking for 3 or 4 weeks and then you go out with friends and have a drink and you smoke! The next time your will power lasts about 24 hours. The time after that, will power does not work at all.

Your Subconscious Mind

Your conscious mind knows you will not quit. Habits, good and bad, are stored in the subconscious mind. Hypnosis can help you bypass the conscious mind and establish positive suggestions in your subconscious to change your smoking habit.
